What We Mean by “Housing Only”
We often describe Roundtable Living as “housing only,” and we want to be clear about what that means. We do not provide medical care, therapy, case management, or licensed services. Our homes are designed for adults who are able to manage daily life on their own but want a stable, respectful place to live. This makes our housing a good fit for clients who are ready for independence and don’t need on-site services. Being clear about this upfront helps referrals go more smoothly and helps clients know what to expect. If you’re unsure whether a client might be a fit, a quick conversation can usually help.
